Join smoothfm & Jean Hailes for Women’s Health, for Women’s Health Week, September 7 to 11. The week is a timely reminder to all women to look after themselves, inside and out.

With health issues such as COVID-19 placing more stress on our lives, it’s important that we don’t overlook our overall health and wellbeing.  Disruptions to many health and screening services, as well as a reluctance for people to only see their doctors for urgent reasons, Women’s Health Week in September is be a timely reminder to check in on your health, whether it’s scheduling a health check, setting aside time to check in on your mental wellbeing, or even arranging virtual walking sessions with friends via video.

This year, Jean Hailes for Women’s Health is making it even easier to participate, with plans for online sessions, events, articles, quizzes and even podcasts to ensure everyone can take part in the week’s activities.
